My purpose as a future work consultant
I am here to guide executives, teams and organisations courageously and confidently into a successful future.
I have been doing this for over 20 years. I studied organisational education. During my doctoral studies, I delved deeply into the development of executives and organisations. Accompanying people and companies through change is my passion. For me, success means that executives and teams feel empowered by me to experiment. When they put things into practice. And above all: when they look confidently towards an uncertain future.
